Automate a Restaurant Expansion Checklist
A session sheet for seeds, cells, collection, and honest shop buys.
The Expansion Checklist is a markdown session sheet for Automate a Restaurant on Roblox. Use it when your kitchen has outgrown the tutorial but you keep spending cash in the wrong order. It complements the Recipe Checklist, which tracks discoveries; this page tracks land, seeds, and collection.
The game is a released incremental sim from m_experiment (May 25, 2026) with online co-op around one shared restaurant (about 10 players). Copy the boxes into your notes or read them at the start of a session. Nothing here is an app or an executor.
Before you open the shop
- I joined Automate a Restaurant, not Run a Restaurant.
- I walked one harvest lap and pulled the lever (Storage and Lever).
- I collected storage, collected food, put plates out, then collected money.
- My bag is not capping harvests (Farm Crops).
- Co-op partners know who may buy cells or upgrade seeds tonight (Co-op Shared Restaurant).
If a box is unchecked, do not buy land yet.
Seed block
- Every unlocked bed has a seed (Seeds and Beds).
- Every unlocked pot has a seed if recipes use pots.
- Restock is the cheap packet that feeds a known dish (Seed Priority).
- I skipped unaffordable luxury rows.
- At most one experiment cluster is planted (Discover Recipes).
- Plant upgrades wait until the farm is full.
Land block
- I need a backyard cell only because tickets still wait on crops after a full plant.
- I can still afford seed restock after the cell buy.
- New beds are planted the same session—no empty trophy tiles.
- I walked drone aisles after the purchase (Production Line Layout).
- Cell level-ups have a spoken max level in co-op.
Automation block
- Harvest drone exists or is next if walking the yard is the pain (Drone Priority).
- Serve drone exists or is next if plates rot on the counter.
- I am not running an executor unless I accept a ban (Auto Farm Hub).
- If a hub is on, max seed cost and skip-unaffordable are set.
End of session
- Beds and pots are replanted so timers run while I am away.
- Storage is not sitting at cap.
- I noted any price or prompt change after the August 15, 2026 build (Mid-August 2026 Snapshot).
- Codes rumors went to Codes instead of the redeem box.
How to use this with friends
Paste the three blocks in chat and assign initials. One buyer, one collector, one planter scales better than four people opening the shop. Reset the land block after each new cell so the group does not “expand” twice in five minutes.
Why a second checklist exists
Players who only use the recipe sheet still bankrupt the shop. Discoveries feel like progress while beds sit empty and the lever goes unpulled. This page exists so a session can end with a planted yard and a moving till even if you did not unlock a new dish. If you have time for only one tool tonight, run this list first, then mark a single experiment on the Recipe Checklist. That order matches how the restaurant actually pays you.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common questions.
Is this checklist a downloadable tool?
No. It is a wiki markdown sheet. Copy the boxes into notes or read them in the browser.
How is this different from the recipe checklist?
Recipe Checklist tracks discoveries and drone unlocks. Expansion Checklist tracks seeds, backyard cells, lever, and shop order.
Should I buy a cell if seeds are empty?
No. Fill beds first. Land without seeds is a dead tile.
Can I use this list with an auto-farm hub?
You can, but set cost caps first and accept ban risk. The list is written for manual play and drones.
