Automate a Restaurant Tier List Hub

Welcome to the Tier List Hub for Automate a Restaurant, the Roblox incremental simulator from m_experiment (released May 25, 2026). Unlike combat games where tier lists chase PvP damage, this hub ranks economic value: which recipes deserve experiment time, which drone roles unlock first, and where your next hour of play should go when the shared kitchen gets busy.

Automate a Restaurant is a live, released experience—not a preview build. The loop is farm crops, hunt rare ingredients, discover recipes, serve customers, unlock drones (harvest / cook / serve), expand into a production line, and grow one shared restaurant with friends (online co-op, roughly 10 players). Tier thinking here means throughput and profit, not rarity flex alone.

Both lists use S–D style bands with clear criteria. We do not invent secret recipe formulas the game has not confirmed—rankings explain why a category wins, how to test your own discoveries, and when to pivot after a patch.

How to read S–D tiers here

• S tier — High margin or high volume with ingredients you can farm reliably; friendly to drone handoffs.
• A tier — Strong mid-game picks that bridge early crops and rare-ingredient hunts.
• B tier — Situational: great when a co-op partner covers the bottleneck you hate.
• C tier — Fine for learning experiments, not for funding your first production line.
• D tier — Dump only when you need inventory space; do not build a layout around these.

Criteria shift when m_experiment patches ingredient drops or customer demand. After any update, skim the Updates Hub and re-test one dish from each band before committing new stations.

Early-game vs scaling priorities

First sessions: favor recipes built from starter crops you can plant in a tight loop. Manual harvest and serve teaches timing before drones mask mistakes. Pair tier reading with Getting Started and Discover Recipes.

Mid-game: rare ingredients move dishes up or down a band. When a hunt route is slow, an A-tier staple beats a paper S-tier dish you cannot cook twice. See Rare Ingredients before rearranging the kitchen for one flashy plate.

Late scaling: drone priority matters more than micro-optimizing a single recipe. A stable B-tier dish on a clean production line layout beats an S-tier plate stuck behind a cook bottleneck. Open Drone Priority before buying every drone type at once.

Co-op changes the meta
